Víctor has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Autonomous National University of Mexico (UNAM). He is certified in Organizational Development by the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) and has an HR Administration Degree from UNAM. He is also certified by the Upstream Academy (Montana, USA) on the implementation of continuous improvement processes called “Blue Print for Excellence”.
In 1987 he joined the Firm as Coordinator of Human Resources and acted as Director of Human Resources since 1994. He was appointed Partner and Chief Administrative Officer in 2013, in charge of all administrative areas of the Firm: Human Capital, Outsourcing Services, Information Technology and General Administrative Services.
He is a member of the Mexico City Chamber of Commerce and of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), institutions in which he has participated actively on different committees representing his Firm.
Víctor has published several articles on various subjects, such as Retention of Core Personnel, Human Capital Projection, HR Management, Leadership and Accountability, Declaration of Responsibilities, among others. Also, he has been a lecturer speaker at different universities.
